Manifesto front coverDateline 14 April 2021: Cllr Gill Moseley, our Newent County Council candidate, writes: "Who usually gets excited about manifestos? I can honestly say 'Not me' but that would be a blatant lie this time.

There are so many inspirational ideas in our newly released County Council manifesto that I really am excited. Especially as I hope to be amongst the team that can help put the plans into practice and make Gloucestershire a better place to live, work, study and visit. From a Green Transport Commissioner, community energy schemes, putting decision-making back in the community, cleaning up our rivers, stopping vulnerable children having to be cared for miles away from their friends and family, to working with town and parish councils and rolling out superfast broadband, there is no limit to our ambition to make Gloucestershire a better place for everyone after years of neglect and an 'it will do' culture from the Conservatives."
